The University of Technology of Troyes (UTT) is seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to support its Communication Department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in an international, multicultural environment and to contribute to a major European citizenship initiative through the EUT+ Simulation Game, a student role-playing game in which participants step into the shoes of Members of the European Parliament and debate the key issues surrounding the European AI Act.
EUT+ is an ambitious alliance of nine partner institutions committed to building a shared European University of Technology guided by the vision “Think Human First.” Bringing together Cyprus University of Technology, Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences (Germany), Riga Technical University (Latvia), Technological University Dublin (Ireland), Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (Romania), University of Technology of Troyes (France), Technical University of Sofia (Bulgaria), Polytechnic University of Cartagena (Spain), and University of Cassino and Southern Lazio (Italy), EUT+ aims to develop innovative, inclusive and human-centered approaches to education, research and societal impact.
1. Support in Organising the EUT+ Simulation Game: Online class from march to May and Onsite workshop in Troyes: 29 June – 3 July 2026, Troyes.
The EUT+ Simulation Game is a parliamentary debate simulation involving students from across Europe and promoting European citizenship.
Your tasks will include:
• Assisting in event organisation and logistics
• Preparing communication materials and actions (internal/external communication, visuals, practical information)
• Coordinating with students, academic staff and European partners• Updates of the Moodle space for online sessions
• Supporting the on-site team during the event
• Contributing to the promotion of European values and citizenship through communication actions
2. Updating AI-Generated Translations for UTT’s Website
Working with the Web Project Manager, you will:
• Review, edit and improve AI-generated English translations of the website.
• Optionally contribute to translations in other EUT+ languages (German, Spanish, Italian)
• Ensure the quality, consistency and clarity of multilingual content.
• Support web content updates when required
3. Community Management and Digital Communication
• Working with the Communication Team, you will:
• Monitor social media activity and trends (digital watch).
• Contribute to the organisation and improvement of UTT’s digital communication strategy.
• Support the management and coordination of online communication channels.
Technical & Professional Skills (Savoir-faire)
• Excellent level of English (C1 level) and operational level of French (B2)
• Bachelor’s degree level or higher
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Experience or interest in event coordination and organisation
• Ability to work with AI-assisted tools and digital platforms
• Interest in web content management and multilingual communication
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Soft Skills (Savoir-être)
• Very good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with international partners
