The Rectors of the EUt+ Alliance universities had the opportunity to see the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio (UNICAS) infrastructure and meet with the academic community. During the visit the UNICAS internationalization strategy has been presented.
During the meeting, discussions revolved around the conclusions drawn from the final event of the STYX program on March 26th regarding the potential convergence of European Alliances towards a legal entity. This was followed by an analysis of the European Commission’s recent blueprint for the creation of common European degrees, with a focus on the numerous elements inspired by the work and conclusions of the EUT+ alliance regarding the 12 characteristics of a European degree.
The meeting of the Rectors concluded with the signing of the Declaration for University Autonomy by all participants.
